LUÍSA GUANABARA
Screenwriter

Luísa Guanabara is a screenwriter with a postgraduate degree in Screenwriting for Film and TV from FAAP and a Master’s in Literature and Literary Criticism (PUC-SP). She created the documentary series Verdades Escondidas (winner of the 2020 Cabíria Award) and collaborated on the screenplay for the feature film Papai é Pop (starring Lázaro Ramos and Paolla Oliveira), produced by Prodigo Films. In 2021, she co-wrote the feature film Boate Azul (currently in development). She has worked as a story producer on the show Que Marravilha! Delivery (Mixer Films) and the series Operação Fronteira Brasil (Discovery). Luísa is also the lead writer on the Brazilian adaptation of Quilos Mortais, a production by Endemol Shine Brasil set to premiere in 2024.
